I never want to forget...
The way you say nose. You scrunch your nose and say it so cute!
How excited you get when I tell you Daddy is home...you RUN to the door and wait for him to open it up with a HUGE smile on your face.
You rolling around naked on the beach at sunset. You and Julianne were covered in sand from head to toe, so your Aunt Katie and I stripped you girls down. You both were rolling around in the sand and rubbing it all over your bodies! You also attempted to do a summersault and it was hilarious!
Your love of books. If I can't find you in the house, you are ALWAYS in the guest room (where we keep some books and read to you in the glider) reading.
The way you talk gibberish with your hands. If I ask you "What did you say? Tell me again.." you will same the exact thing over again as if I should know what you are talking about.
How smart you are! You are very verbal for your age and are mastering new skills daily. You love to read and be read to!
Your adventurous spirit. If I take you to the playground you could care less about the play equipment...instead, you are searching for rocks, digging in the dirt, picking up acorns or running down grass hills. You aren't afraid of anything either! If you see a creek you are walking right in, if there is a bug you will pick it up, and you aren't afraid of eating a little sand either!
The way you say brother. You say "buh-buh" so sweetly. If I show you an ultrasound picture of your baby brother and ask you who it is, you reply "buh-buh" with a smile on your face. You are going to be a great big sister!
How affectionate you are. You give us kisses ALL the time and it will never get old. You love to lay on the kisses when we do something you like...example: taking you outside, getting you a snack, etc. We think it's your sweet way of showing appreciation.
The way you say no. Right now you are saying no with intention and without. Sometimes you walk around just saying "no, no, no". Usually when you say no, you will say it three times. The way you say no is too cute and sometimes we get tickled and start smiling after you say it (we try to hide those smiles so we don't encourage you).
How if you pick up a bag, lunch box or my purse you tell us you are going bye bye. It's something like a bunch of gibberish and then bye bye. When we ask where you are going, you smile and say it again. So precious!
I never want to forget your sweet personality and loving ways. I never want to forget how comforting it is to have you sitting in my lap. You are our joy!
The way you point to every spot on our bodies and say "mole". We taught you what a mole was because you kept pointing to one on my arm.
How you pick up any piece of trash, food, paper, lint etc. and say "trash" and then walk straight to the trash to throw it out. You are a little OCD like your Mama! You don't like for crumbs or food stains to be on your clothes OR OURS! You will say "uh uh" and point to it until we can wipe it away.
The way you point at your boo boo's or other peoples, and say "boo boo". Just recently I asked you if you wanted me to kiss your boo boo and you said yes. Now, you ask us to kiss your boo boo every time you point to it!
And just because I want record of this, here are your 15 month stats:
Weight: 24 lbs 7 oz
Height: 30 3/4"
Head Circumference: 18"
You received your MMR (mumps, measeals and rubella) shot and flu shot at your 15 month well check. You had a reaction to the MMR shot 8 days later...you got flat red bumps on your torso that last for 2 days.
Your upper canine teeth FINALLY broke through the gum after about a month and half!
